The Park County Nordic Ski Association (PCNSA) is an all-volunteer group that was established in 1994 by Tim Carter, Fred Hynek, Terry Hanson, Lani Snyder, Kate Murphy and Roy Holm. Later to join, but extremely influential was Richard Becker.

They purchased their first snomobile and grooming attachments in 1996/97. In 1998 they purchased a Bombadier for grooming and in 2003/2004 they upgraded to a Piston Bully grooming machine (as seen at left).

The PCNSA operates under a special use permit from the U.S. Forest Service - Shoshone National Forest.
